The Curious Case of Pamela Izevbekhai.

Since January 2006 her legal team, working on a pro bono basis, have appeared before High Court judges at least nine times seeking injunctions and arguing that the decisions of the refugee commission and its appeal tribunal should be overturned. Three High Court judges have ruled that any new "evidence" only "amplified" information that had been submitted and considered already. "
