A local health awareness lobby group, Centre for Health Human Rights and Development, has petitioned the Constitutional Court over the alarming maternal deaths in government health facilities.
The IBA Pro Bono & Access to Justice Committee has also worked with the founding lawyer on starting this pro bono initiative.
