Pro bono in 2010 and beyond

To paraphrase General Electric Co. Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Immelt, this period is "not a cycle but a reset" for major law firms. Much has changed; much more will change in the years to come. And pro bono must change in order to keep pace and remain vibrant. What should all of us — top leaders and pro bono champions at law firms, in-house legal departments and public interest groups — be doing to manage and lead that change?
