?Now, the only legal work they are allowed is continuing a representation that began before the code took effect or providing pro bono help for family members in non-adversarial matters that do not involve criminal law, appearing before a state licensing or regulatory board or acting adversely to the state's interest.
They must also obtain express prior approval form the attorney gheneral.
