This program will give an overview of the many pro bono programs offered by New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) and will also provide an introduction to Matrimonial & Family Law matters, including a discussion about recent no-fault divorce legislation that was signed into law in July 2010.

Participants will learn how to find pro bono matters of interest and how to support their pro bono work through online resources including training videos and other introductory materials, as well as model pleadings and other sample documents on probono.net/ny.
