New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and Corporate Pro Bono (a pro bono partnership project of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Pro Bono Institute) will present the Viacom Clinic in a BoxSM for nonprofit organizations.

The goal of the Clinic is to provide nonprofit organizations the opportunity to meet with corporate attorneys who will provide a free legal assessment of your organization and brief you on legal issues that may require further assistance. The Clinic will also give you a chance to talk to corporate attorneys about ways that you can resolve organizational issues or problems before they develop into situations requiring further legal attention.

Please complete the attached Legal Assessment Intake Form. Your responses will assist the Clinic's organizers in determining your eligibility for the Clinic and in identifying and avoiding conflicts of interest between the attorneys participating in the Clinic and attorneys you may be currently using, as well other conflict issues. It is very important that you attach the necessary documents to this form when you return it to us so that your organization can be properly evaluated for eligibility for the Clinic.
