This free training will focus on the legal framework that protects and enforces the rights of special needs children to receive a free appropriate public education. The training will cover the rights of special needs children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the New York State Regulations of the Commissioner of Education.

  • CLE Credit Comments: 1.5 Professional Practice credits. This training is appropriate for experienced and newly admitted attorneys
